2025 Budget Request

Calvary Ministry Leaders—

Thank you for your continued care for our Calvary Church family and your willingness to serve and lead others. 

Each year we ask ministry leaders to, with prayer, propose a budget for their ministry. There are two components to a good budget: 

  1. A clear idea/vision for what you want to accomplish through your ministry.

  2. That goal turned into the dollars needed to accomplish it.

The attached form can help with that articulation and planning. Use it as a tool, not a rule. What we’re looking for is an expression of your discerned goals, your participation with our God-given purposes, and your thought-out strategy. 

One articulation of those purposes is in Micah 6:8. Pastor Tim preached on this passage and its relationship to Calvary’s vision on September 15th,  Calvary’s Vision Sunday. I encourage you and your team to listen again as you prepare your 2025 budget. Follow the QR code at the bottom of this letter to hear it on YouTube. A good question is: How does my ministry help your participants or the family of Calvary to do justice, love kindness, and walk humbly with our God?
