Golden, CO – April 4, 2023 – Calvary Church, Golden is excited to announce the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purchase and development of a property located at 817 14th St., Golden, CO. The Church is inviting land developers and the local community to submit innovative and sustainable development plans that align with both the Church's values and the City of Golden's 2023 Strategic Action Plan.

The approximately 0.3-acre property, which currently includes a residential home, offers considerable potential for development in downtown Golden. Calvary Church is especially interested in proposals that address the significant needs of Golden and the surrounding communities. Special consideration will be given to projects offering affordable/attainable housing, senior housing, or housing solutions for the unhoused.

All interested parties must submit their detailed project and financial proposal, community engagement plan, development team qualifications, and any other relevant information by 5:00pm MST on Friday, May 5th, 2023, to rfp@calvarygolden.net.
